Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 day exchange only policy on merchandise returned in same condition as sold. Customers must present the original sales receipt for all exchanges. Merchandise returned in a condition different than sold will not be accepted.
We have Layaway!!!
After the initial payment of 20%, customers will have up to 30 days to pay their item/s off. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the product and money deposited. For any exchange there will be a 10% restocking fee added to the total.
Layaway Policy
All Merchandise may be tested in the store before purchasing. Doing so will void the thirty day warranty / exchange policy offered on said item.
Test Policy
30 Day Warranty
We test every item before we buy it to ensure functionality. We offer a 30 day warranty on all items(at no extra charge). This warranty covers manufacturer defects. This warranty does NOT cover physical damage or accidental damage. Customers must present the original sales receipt for all warranty claims. If an item proves to be nonfunctional and cannot be fixed, then a store credit will be issued.
